Remembrance Sunday

There was another record turnout for our Service of Remembrance on 8th. November and it was a case of ‘standing-room only’ at St. Mary’s Parish Church. It is good to see more and more young people joining us for this important commemoration. Following the service we marched behind the band of 2193 (Prestatyn) Squadron of the ATC to the War Memorial in Parliament Street for the laying of the poppy wreathes. A cheque for £250 has been sent to the British Legion Poppy Appeal from the collection in church.
